Veriuska has been an integral member of our team since its inception over 15 years ago. With her passion for helping others, she is committed to addressing the individual needs of our clients while ensuring full compliance throughout the process.
With a degree in Physical Therapy, she plays a key role in supporting individuals and organizations in the Return to Work and Stay at Work programs, offering strategic guidance and dedicated support.
Veriuska is also bilingual in Spanish.
Debbie Hayden (semi-retired)
Debbie has been a part of our team since we started. Now semi-retired, she continues overseeing her clients in training and providing professional support for our team. She sees the big picture in every situation, has a great understanding of the potential challenges of a career plan, and potential opportunities based on labor market conditions.
Claudia Martinez
Claudia believes that a successful career begins with listening and understanding the needs of our clients. It's why she is the best when it comes to employees’ job goals and career goals within a disability framework. She has a degree in Physical Therapy and is also bilingual in Spanish.

Daisy, the newest member of our consulting team, brings her expertise in Psychology, her passion for people, and her attention to detail, to the Return to Work arena. She believes a successful business has great people at the heart of it.
