Opt-out policy for calls and texts

At  Capital Voc Consulting, we are committed to providing the best care and service to our patients. As part of our communication efforts, we may send calls or text messages related to appointment reminders.

However, we understand that you may prefer not to receive these messages, and we respect your preferences. If you wish to opt-out of receiving calls or text messages, you can do so at any time by following the instructions below:

To Opt-Out:

• Text Message Opt-Out: Simply reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. You will immediately be unsubscribed from further text message notifications.
   
• Phone Call Opt-Out: To stop receiving automated or live phone calls, please send an email to admin@capitalvoc.com with the subject "Opt-Out Request."
   

Please note that opting out of text messages or calls may affect your ability to receive important reminders or updates from our office. If you wish to re-enroll in receiving calls or text messages at any time, you can contact us and we will be happy to assist.
