Vocational Rehabilitation Information for Training Facilitie

At Capital Vocational Consulting, we do not maintain exclusive contracts with any specific training facility. Our role is to assist clients in enhancing their existing skills or acquiring new skills necessary to return to gainful employment.

We source information on available training facilities for specific occupations through public databases and official listings of post-secondary institutions. 

If any of our clients (injured employees) contact your training facility to explore a particular program, we kindly ask you to provide a formal training proposal, which should include the following details:

• Training Facility Name and Contact Information
   
• Training Program Name
   
• Length of Training and Next Available Start Date
   
• Fees (tuition, supplies, uniforms, exam fees, etc.)

We greatly appreciate your time and cooperation in providing the necessary information to support the success of our clients.

Your cooperation is critical to the success of any Vocational Rehabilitation Program. To ensure the timely processing of benefits, we kindly request that monthly progress reports be submitted by the 5th of each following month. Insurance companies review these reports to confirm compliance before benefits are released to students.

Please include the following information in your report:

• Reporting Period
   
• Hours Taught
   
• Absences
   
• Subjects Taught
   
• Student’s Grades
   
• Comments on the Claimant’s Progress and Participation in Training
   

Additionally, if a client has repeated absences, please notify us after the second consecutive absence—do not wait until the end of the month. Consistent attendance is crucial to maintaining the integrity and progress of the plan.
